Shipping Information

RAQI ships across Egypt. Orders are processed on business days (Sunday–Thursday) and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.

Delivery Times

• Cairo & Giza: [1–3] business days
• Alexandria: [2–4] business days
• Other governorates: [3–6] business days
• Remote areas: [4–7] business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays and courier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or events outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Orders over LE 2,499 — free shipping across Egypt.
Orders under LE 2,499 — flat rate of LE [XX].

Cash on delivery is available on all orders [at no extra cost / for an additional LE XX].

[If shipping outside Egypt: International delivery is available to [countries]. Rates and duties are calculated at checkout.]

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email or SMS as soon as your parcel is collected. If your tracking has not updated within 48 hours, contact us and we will look into it.
