We currently ship to:
- All addresses within Saudi Arabia
- Select international destinations (subject to availability)
Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes for certain products. If you have questions about shipping to your location, please contact us at shipping@raqistore.com.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within:
- Standard orders: 1-2 business days
- Custom or personalized orders: 3-5 business days
- Pre-orders: Processing begins on the release date
Processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods and Timeframes
Domestic Shipping (Saudi Arabia):
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
- Same-Day Delivery: Available in select cities (order by 12 PM)
International Shipping:
- Standard International: 7-14 business days
- Express International: 3-7 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination address
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
Free Shipping:
- Orders over 500 SAR within Saudi Arabia qualify for free standard shipping
- Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email
- Tracking number and carrier information
- Link to track your package in real-time
You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
6. Shipping Restrictions

8. Shipping Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

10. Delivery Issues
If you experience delivery problems:
Lost Packages:
- Contact us if your package shows delivered but you haven't received it
- We will investigate with the carrier
- A replacement or refund will be issued if the package cannot be located
Damaged Packages:
- Inspect your package upon delivery
- Take photos of any damage to the package and contents

- We will arrange for a replacement or refund
Delivery Delays:
- Track your package using the provided tracking number
- Contact the carrier directly for the most current information
- Contact us if the delay exceeds the estimated timeframe by 5 business days

We partner with reliable carriers including:
- Saudi Post (domestic)
- Aramex (domestic and international)
- DHL (express and international)
- SMSA (domestic)
Carrier selection is based on your location and shipping method.
12. Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons and holidays:
- Processing times may be extended
- Shipping times may be longer due to carrier volume
- We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery

13. Multiple Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items:
- May ship in separate packages
- May arrive on different days
- Each package will have its own tracking number
- You will only be charged shipping once
14. Undeliverable Orders
If a package is returned as undeliverable:

- You may be charged for reshipping costs
- Orders not claimed within 30 days may be refunded minus shipping costs
